Tracy Lee Davis

Tracy Lee Davis, 45, of Star passed away Sunday, July 3, 2022 at his residence.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Star Pentecostal Holiness Church, officiated by Pastor Britt Davis.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church.

Born August 14, 1976, in Montgomery County, he is the son of Davey Lee and Margaret Freeman Davis. Tracy loved the Carolina Tarheels, riding around, and being with his family. He was an Eagle Scout, having acquired 101 merit badges and was a graduate of East Montgomery High School. He had a giving heart, loved his cat, Taz. Tracy was a wonderful son and appreciated his parents.

Along with his parents, he is survived by his sister, Tenia Black of Star; maternal grandmother, Geneva Freeman, of Star; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Dewey Freeman, and his paternal grandparents, Lula Cagle Davis and Berkley Spenser Davis.

Memorials may be made to the Star Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery Fund, 107 McBride Lumber Rd, Star, NC 27356.
