Roger Eugene Lucas, age 58, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Montgomery Memorial Hospital.
Born March 21, 1965 in Montgomery County, he is the son George Lee Lucas, Sr. and the late Mary Catherine Sykes Lucas. Roger liked horseshoes and tinkered with everything. He was always there to help and loved visiting with his friends. His best friend was his dog “little girl.”
He is survived by his brothers, George Lee Lucas, Jr (Debbie) of Troy and Timothy Lucas (Cynthia) of Star; his step-brother, Patrick Lucas (Tina) of Star; his step-sister, Chelsea Lucas of Kansas City, Missouri; six nephews and one niece. He is preceded in death by his mother and his sister, Maria Lynn Lucas.
