Obituary
Martha Little Stafford, 92, passed away Monday, January 30, 2023 at FirstHealth Hospice House in West End.
A graveside service will be held Friday, February 3, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Ophir Methodist Church Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Glenn Hancock and Speaker Bobby Hall. The family will receive friends in the church one hour prior to the service in the cemetery.
Born July 14, 1930, in Randolph County, she was a daughter of the late William and Ola Cecil Little. Martha was a member of Ophir Methodist Church and served in many capacities. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, cooking; especially her pumpkin pie, and singing in the choir.
She is survived by her son, Lee Stafford (Tammy) of Troy; daughter, Doris Henson; special niece, Rama Maie Odom; grandchildren, Leslie, Kelly, Stacy, and Whitney; and eight great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Lee Stafford; one brother and two sisters.
Memorial may be made to Ophir Methodist Church, 1315 Ophir Rd., Troy, NC, 27371.
