He is survived by his wife, Ruth Lowery of the home; children, Rodger Locklear, Ann Jackson, and William Knight, brothers, Ken Lowery and Ray Lowery; sister, Debbie Willenburg; grandchildren, Darius Jackson, Mikila Jackson, Perry Moses, Shiann Knight, Hayley Knight, William Knight, and Ashlyn Knight; and host of family and friends,
