Kelly Raheem Scott (Lil Kelly) of Troy, was born on January 27, 1998 to Kimberly Scott and Kelly Collins. He departed this life on October 23, 2021.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Bumgarner Family Funeral Service Chapel in Troy at 3:30 p.m., officiated by Pastor Peeples, Pastor Wilson, Evg. Jean Jackson, Minister J. Wilson, and Pastor Everette Dumas. Burial will follow at Leach Cemetery in Star.
Kelly had a larger-than-life personality, and a smile that could light up the world. He loved to ride around and share his joy with all he came in contact with.
He leaves behind two children, Zyrion Moore and Nasyah Scott, whom he cherished. He is also survived by his loving mother, Kimberly Scott of the home, his father, Kelly Collins of Star; two grandmothers, Phyllis Scott of Troy and Rose Collins of Star; one sister, Brittany Scott of the home; two brothers, Ray Knight of the home and Tyheem Bruton of Rockingham; one aunt, Sherry Scott (Terry) of Troy; three uncles, Phillip Scott (Annie) of Troy, Nicky Collins of Albemarle, and Codell Collins of New Haven CT; two nephews; the mother of his children, Quaniqua Moore; and a host of cousins and friends who loved him beyond measures. He is preceded in death by two grandfathers, Frankie Scott and Thaddeus Collins, and one uncle, Thaddeus (Shane) Collins, Jr.
The family will receive friends Friday, October 29, 2021 from 5:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. at Bumgarner Family Funeral Service. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, face masks are recommended and please practice social distancing.
