Brenda "Jude" Sue Sanders

Brenda “Jude” Sue Parsons Sanders, 74 of Biscoe, passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at New Birth Church of the Living God, officiated by Rev. James F. Haywood.  A visitation will be held from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. prior to the service in the church.

Born January 30, 1944 in Stanly County, she was the daughter of the late Eldridge and Pearl Dennis Parsons.  She worked as a spinner in the textile industry.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Arlie Roe Sanders of the home; sons, Ricky Sanders and David Sanders of Biscoe; daughters, Loria Ann Dawkins and Julie Maness of Biscoe; brothers, Toney Parsons of Denton and Doug Parsons of Troy; 15 grandchildren; and 39 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Garrett Parsons, Johnny Parsons, Jody Parsons, Robert Parsons, Ralph Parsons, Kathryn Loftin and Elaine Vuncannon.
