William Hayes Richardson of Southport, N.C. passed away Friday April 8 in Cincinnati, Oh. Born in Jackson Springs, N.C. on October 16, 1923, he was the son of the late Oscar Samuel and Nolia Autry Richardson.
Bill attended Campbell Junior College (Campbell University) and was a World War II veteran. After many years in the textile industry, he retired from Burlington Industries. He loved fishing, working in his yard, and attending church. He never met a stranger and was an inspiration to all who knew him. "Mr. Bill"A
