Mrs. Thelma Britt Carter, 96, died Thursday, April 3, at Britthaven of Hamlet.
A graveside service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Hillside Memorial Park officiated by the Rev. L. D. Kimrey.
She is survived by a sister, Ruth Smith of Lumberton.
She was a retired employee of Waverly Mills, a member of the First Baptist Church, and widow of the late Horace Carter.
