Infant Stevie Skylar Whitley, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2016 at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Lomax Memorial Baptist Church, 691 Correll Road, Troy, NC, officiated by the Rev. Chip Bryant. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service at 1:00 pm.
Born on January 25, 2016 in Stanly County, she is survived by her parents, Bradley Stephen Russell and Megan Kaprie Whitley both of Troy; brother, Reese Whitley of the home; sister, Madilyn Whitley of the home; paternal grandparents, Charlene Andrews (David Null) of Troy; paternal great grandparents, John and Betty Andrews and Terry and Shirley Russell all of Troy; maternal grandparents, Chris Whitley of Troy and Darlene Whitley of Charleston, WV; maternal great grandparents, Joyce and Jerry Morton and Al and Jane Whitley all of Troy; and cousins, Blake and Cole Morton of Troy. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Steve Russell.
