Mr. Stacy Wright Jackson, 56, of 11520 Elm Ave., died Tuesday, August 15, at First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday at McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium Chapel with the Rev. Bobby Mumford and Rev. Leonard Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife; Eula Christine Bostic Jackson of the home; one son; Stacy Wayne Jackson of the home; one sister; Geraldine Jackson Clanin and her mate, Fred Locklear both of Laurinburg.
Born July 13, 1944 in Laurinburg, he was the son of the late James B. and Geneva Gibson Jackson and was preceded in death by his brother J. B. Jackson, Jr.
He was the owner and operator of Stacy W. Jackson Trucking Company, President of Jackson Transfer Inc. and a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in McColl, SC.
The family will be receiving friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
