Shirley Darlene McAteer Peak, 69, of Mt. Gilead, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at her home.
Born March 1, 1950 in Mecklenburg County, she was a daughter of the late Patricia Macateer. She worked as an insurance agent for Hutch-Hamm Insurance Co. in Charlotte, NC.
She is survived by her son, Michael Peak of Charlotte; and her brother, Tommy McAteer of Clover, SC.
