Sheila Magnolia Chavis

Miss Sheila Magnolia Chavis was born September 22, 2025 the beautiful daughter of Andrea Michelle Jones and James Ellis Chavis, Jr. of Maxton.  She departed this life for her heavenly home on Monday, September 22, 2025.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 2:00pm at Little Zion Church Cemetery officiated by Rev. Chris Locklear.

Awaiting to greet her in heaven is her great-grandfather, Roy Barton; great-grandmother, Hoyland Jones; and her aunt, Charisma Tew.

Sheila leaves behind her parents, James and Michelle, of the home; grandparents, Sheila and Duncan Dial, Jason Jones, of Maxton, Kimberly Tew, of Rowland, and James Chavis, of Laurinburg; great-grandparents; Hugh and Magnolia Gist, of Rowland, Bracey Jones of Maxton; and three brothers; Jayden Chavis, Jasiah Chavis, and James Chavis of Maxton.

Bumgarner Family Funeral Service and Crematorium is assisting the Chavis family.
