Scherely Marcile Carlisle, 89, passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Scottish Pines Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
A funeral service will be at 11:00 am Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Westside Baptist Church in Red Springs. Burial will follow at Alloway Cemetery.
Born November 19, 1932 in Hoke County, she was a daughter of the late William Howard and Myrtle Faulk Carlisle.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy Caulder (Mary Ellen) of Laurinburg; brothers, William Carlisle (Frances) of Rockingham and Robert Carlisle (Betty) of Hamlet; grandsons, Howard Caulder (Natasha) and John Caulder (Lindsay); and great grands, Kaelin Caulder, Colby Caulder, Ian Caulder and Carolyn Caulder. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Leon Carlisle, Ola Norton, Leo Carlisle, Geraldine Brock, Luther Carlisle and Larry Carlisle.
