Sandra Cox Dunn

Sandra Pearl Cox Dunn, 68, passed away Monday, February 10, 2020 at FirstHealth Montgomery Memorial Hospital Troy.

Services will be private.

Born December 3, 1951 in Guilford County, she was a daughter of the late Alfred Hollis and Ellie Beola Cox.  She was an owner-operator of Troy Family Restaurant and later became a Montgomery County 911 dispatcher.

She is survived by her husband of thirty-seven years, John Franklin Dunn of the home; one daughter, Gina Catrice Dennis of Troy; two sisters, Pat Ford of McLeansville and Pam Eagle of Stokesdale; one brother, Wayne Cox of Winston Salem; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her siblings, Elaine Stanley, John Cox, Jimmy Cox and Shirley Ruth Cox.

A visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Bumgarner Family Funeral Service, 620 Albemarle Rd., Troy.
