Mrs. Sandra Annette Briggs Vann, 37, of Wilmington, formerly of Laurinburg, died Wednesday, September 8.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium Chapel in Laurinburg.
She is survived by her husband, Chris Vann of Dublin; one son, Aaron Briggs of Wilmington; one daughter, Ashley Ann Briggs of Dublin; father, Sammy Briggs of Dublin; mother and stepfather, Ann Jacobs and Benny Ray Lowery of Laurinburg; one brother, Jackie Goff, Laurinburg; grandmother, Esther Cheek Jacobs, of Laurinburg; one grandchild, Hailey Ann Edwards of Dublin; and her special friend, Mark Bowers of Wilmington.
Born August 20, 1967, Sandra was an outgoing and loving mother. She had a very close relationship with her children whom she cared for deeply.
