Mrs. Sallie Quick Pearson, 74, of 509 Williams St. died Saturday, November 4, at Britthaven Nursing Home in Hamlet.

A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hillside Cemetery officiated by the Rev. Frieda Cole.

She is survived by two sons, William Glenn Pearson of Concord and Robin Lee Pearson of Laurinburg; two brothers, Edward Quick of Hamlet and Billie Quick of Canton, GA; three grandchildren.

Born March 4, 1926 in Marlboro County, SC she was a daughter of the late Garrett and Eliza Stanton Quick and widow of the late Lawrence Benton Pearson. She was a retired cafeteria manager for the Scotland County Schools.
