Miss Ruth Sizemore McMillan, 85, died Thursday August 7, 2008 at Autumn Care of Raeford.
A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Immanuel Baptist Church, officiated by the Rev. John Cuthill. A graveside service will be 4:30 p.m. in Spring Hill Cemetery, Wagram.
Born February 1, 1923 in Scotland County, she was a daughter of the late Charles Monroe and Mary Thomas Sizemore McMillan. Ruth was a retired Registered Nurse, service two years at Scotland Memorial Hospital and thirty-one years at Cape Fear Valley Hospital.
She is survived by two brothers, Malcolm McMillan of Graham and Archie McMillan of Ellerbe; five sisters, Nancy McGinn of Texas, Mildred Kelly of Maryland, Dorothy Lane of Surfside Beach, Hattie Leggett of Lumberton and Ann Tapp of Laurinburg.
