Ruby Phillips McLean Price, 83, formerly of Laurinburg passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2013.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Hillside Memorial Park.
She is survived by her sons, Jim McLean (Sue) of Conover and Phil McLean (Glenda Justice) of Chesterfield, VA; her daughter, Marlane Becker (Ken) of Jacksonville; her sister, Pat Murray of Laurinburg; 3 grandchildren.
Born March 12, 1930 in Robeson County, she was a daughter of the late Bruce M. and Louise McAllister Phillips and widow of the late Ray McLean and Simpson Price. She formerly served as an operator for Southern Bell, later at Scotland Memorial Hospital, and finally as the bookkeeper at their sawmill.
