Mr. Roger Wayne Ivey, 53, of 535 S. Mill Road died Thursday, June 17 at his home.
A memorial service will be 6:00 p.m. Sunday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Greenwood with Bishop Doug Pennock officiating. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium Chapel.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Ann Davis Ivey; a daughter, Jessica Stack and husband, Robert of Concord; four brothers, Charles Ivey of Springfield, CA, Mike Ivey of Aviano, Italy, Malloy Ivey and Gene Ivey of Laurinburg; three sisters, Carol Guiliano of East Hanover, NJ, Ann Weaver of Bennettsville, and Sandy Mousa of Lakewood, CA.
Born March 1, 1951 in Laurinburg, he was the son of the late James Elbert and Geneva Arnett Ivey. He was formerly employed with Sara Lee, Solutia and Tyco and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Monday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium and other times at the home of Gene Ivey, 12461 Shaw Road, Laurinburg.
