Roger "King Fish" Ado Brown

Roger “King Fish” Ado Brown, 71, passed away Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Autumn Care of Biscoe.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery, officiated by Tony Sedberry.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.

Born October 22, 1950 in Montgomery County, he was a son of the late Ado and Effie Goins Brown.  Roger was an avid Nascar fan and loved watching the races; including the truck races.  He loved spending time with his grandchildren and was a veteran of the US Army.  Roger will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his fiancee', Tina “Daff” Edmonds of the home; three daughters, Christina Johnson (Eddison) of Randleman, Misty Robinson (Eddie) and Julie Hurley (Jonathan) both of Troy; one son, Cody Wincklhofer of Troy; a sister, Iris Sullivan; and five grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his brothers, Johnny Brown and Steve Brown.
