Mr. Robert Luther Hamer of Laurinburg, formerly of Maxton, was born November 29, 1941, to the late John W. Hamer and Sarah Ray Hamer.
A private service was held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Maxton.
He is survived by one brother, John W. Hamer, Jr. of Lumberton; two sisters, Sarah Neal Baucom of Southern Pines, and Martha Morgan of Smithfield; two nieces and two nephews; six great nieces and three great nephews.
Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
