Robert Dennis Dove, 62, passed away on May 17, 2014.

Mr. Dove was an elementary school teacher in Scotland and Richmond counties. He also served in the Navy during the Vietnam era. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Dove; his son, Robert Dove; his daughter, Amy Dove; his step-daughter, Leah Schmidt; three brothers, Allen Dove, John Dove and Tim Dove; four sisters, AJ Dove, Lore Kaplan, Crissie Kelly and Joanne Gulino; his mother, Arletta Morrow; three grandsons, Aaron Furneaux, Alexander Dove and Nicholas Dove; and step grandson, Eli Schmidt.
McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium is serving the family.
