Mrs. Rita Montgomery Rodgers, 57, of 1808 Anita Drive died Tuesday, January 16 at her home.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Bethany Presbyterian Church in Monroe. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Marty Lane Rodgers of Laurinburg; her mother, Bea Montgomery of Monroe; her sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and James Ellis of Monroe.
Born October 22, 1949 in Union County, she was also a daughter of the late Ward Z. Montgomery.
