Richard Dale Cooke Moore, 64, of Troy, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2026 at FirstHealth Hospice and Palliative Care in West End.

No services are planned.

Born November 7, 1961, in Montgomery County, he is a son of the late George and Louise Coggins Moore. Richard enjoyed gardening and landscaping. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren, and he loved to go on trips to see waterfalls.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Pamela Blue Moore, of the home; daughter, Kyla Millmaker (Sheridan) of Summerville, SC; brothers, Steven Moore of Greensboro and Danny Moore of Millingport; and grandchildren, Laoch, Indica, Ivorie, and Lachlan. He is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Moore.
