Richard Alan Joseph, 58, husband of the late Robin Bentley Joseph, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at his home.
A graveside service will be held at 2 pm Friday, September 4 at Hillside Memorial Park in Laurinburg, NC.
Surviving are his brother, John M. Joseph (Paula) of Raeford, NC; half-brother, Fred Joseph of Miami; half-sister, Barbara Joseph-Anton of Chile; step-son, Kyle Doggett; two step-daughters, Amy Doggett and Chrissy Doggett; a granddaughter, Brianna Doggett; a nephew, Jamie Joseph; two nieces, Jordan Joseph and Millie Joseph; and a special family friend, Blaine Lewis; a special cousin and friend, Fred "Freddie" Joseph. Along with his wife and parents, Mr. Joseph was preceded in death by a step-son, Allen Doggett.
Born December 16, 1956 in Bennettsville, SC, he was a son of the late John James and Mildred Elizabeth Greene Joseph. He grew up in Laurinburg and graduated from Scotland High School and was a manager for Bed, Bath and Beyond in Greenville, SC. He enjoyed vacationing at the beach and playing golf.
