Richard Leroy Guin, 70, of 17020 Hurley Drive died Wednesday, January 20.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Friday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium Chapel officiated by the Rev. Clayton Gween. Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Park.
He is survived by a son, Richard Michael Guin of Laurinburg; a daughter, Tracie Sturdivant of Laurinburg; three brothers, Jack Isenhart of Omaha NE, Jerry Isenhart of Fremont, CA, John Isenhart of Colorado Springs, CO; a sister, Linda Ivey and husband, Kenneth of Laurinburg; two grandchildren, MaKenzi Gaboury and Maison Sturdivant; a special friend, Mary Ellis. He was preceded in death by his parents: Chief Warrant Officer Jack Isenhart and Evelyn Barber Isenhart, a brother, Robert Guin, his wife, Dale Brigman Guin, and his grandparents, Jack and Mary Barber.
Born January 12, 1938 in Raeford, he served in the US Army and was a retired manager for A& P Stores in Southern Pines, Laurinburg, and Sanford.
Memorials are requested for Pleasant View Presbyterian Church, 901 Old Lumberton Rd., Laurinburg, NC 28352.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
