Richard A. Dickison, 87, of Scotia Village died Thursday, January 9, at Scotia Village.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. today (Monday) at the Morris Morgan Entertainment Center at Scotia Village officiated by the Rev. Dr. Tom Dendy. The family will receive friends following the service in the Morris Morgan Entertainment Center.
He is survived by two sons, John Dickison of Poulsbo, WA and Richard R. Dickison of Orlando, FL; a daughter, Judy Dickison of Port Townsend, WA; a brother, Raymond Dickison of Oak Ridge, YN; four grandchildren.
Born August 17, 1915 in Colorado Springs, Co. he was a son of the late Frederick and Fannie Palmer Dickison. He was a chemical engineer, manager and supervisor for DuPont for 40 years, serving in Vienna West Virginia. He enjoyed tennis and golf and was a member of the Golden K Club.
