Phoebe Evelyn Locklear

Infant Phoebe Evelyn Locklear passed away on November 1, 2023, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Cumberland County.

A visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 10, 2023 at Bumgarner Family Funeral Service and Crematorium.

Phoebe is the daughter of Travis Locklear and Stormie Singleton of Laurinburg.  She is preceded in death by her sister, Penelope Rayne Locklear.
