Okley Chasteen Sellers, 75, of Laurinburg, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Scottish Pines.
Born November 27, 1942 in Richmond County, he was a son of the late Okley Chasteen and Ina Mae Long Sellers. He worked as a conductor for the Railroad and was a Past Master Mason and a member of the Shriners Club. He also maintained his commercial pilot’s license as well as flying a crop duster plane. One of the great hobbies he enjoyed was wood working.
He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Gibson (Freddie Jr.) of Laurel Hill; his grandson’s, Chasteen Gibson (Bartley) and Blake Gibson (Brittnee) all of Laurel Hill; his granddaughter, Laurin Adams (Nick) of Laurinburg; and his great grandchildren, Chasteen Gibson Jr., Linleigh Gibson, Leighann Adams, Haylee Gibson, Remington Adams and Blakeleigh Gibson.
