Mrs. Nellie Rushin Swann, 88, of Scotia Village died Thursday, August 10, at Scotia Village.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the first Baptist Church officiated by the Revs. Lawrence B. Coleman and Frieda Cole. Burial will follow in Richmond Memorial Park, Rockingham.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol Farmer of Laurinburg; two granddaughters, Michelle Odom of Laurinburg and Dana Hardeman of Farmville, VA; a nephew, Jack Rushin of Laurinburg.
She was born May 31, 1912 in Hoke County and was a daughter of the late Henry J. and Sarah Jane Quick Rushin. She was a graduate of Flora MacDonald College and received a Mastera
