Nancy Carol Stultz, 84, of Asheboro passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Randolph Health Hospital in Asheboro.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Suggs Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Star, officiated by Tony Sedberry.
Born August 4, 1940, in Montgomery County, she was a daughter of the late Jesse Willard and Addie Mae Freeman King. She had worked in the textile industry and was a homemaker. Nancy was devoted to her family, and friends, and she touched many lives with her caring spirit. Nancy's life was characterized by her unending generosity and care for others. She enjoyed talking on the phone and it was more than a pastime; it was a testament to her desire to maintain strong bonds with those she held dear. Nancy's kind heart knew no bounds, and her presence was a source of comfort and joy to everyone around her. In a world that often moves too fast, Nancy reminded us of the importance of taking time to care for one another.
Nancy is survived by her son, William Craig Stultz (Samantha) of Asheboro; brothers, Harold Monroe King (Mildred), Charles Edward King (Vivian), both of Troy, and Gary Reece King of Star; sisters, Brenda Pate Wilkins, and Mary King Lewin (Steve), both of Asheboro; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, William Gary Shultz, and her brother, William Virgil King.
Bumgarner Family Funeral Service is serving the family.
