Michael Bennett Veatch died June 11, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.
A Memorial Service will be held 7:00 p.m. Friday June 15 at the Laurinburg Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's witnesses, with Charles Mollison officiating.
Michael is survived by his wife Glennda S. Veatch, two brothers, Jamie and Gary Veatch of Alachua, FL; one sister, Kimberly Morgan of Orlando, FL; three step-sons, Larry Tillis of Wadesboro, Paul Tillis of Lake Butler, FL and Todd Tillis of Rockingham.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to The Laurinburg Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses 608 US 401 Bypass Service Rd., Laurinburg, NC 28352 or the Scotland County Humane Society, 1401 West Blvd., Laurinburg, NC 28352.
