Michael James Connors, 45, passed away Friday, March 14, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer.
A memorial service will be 12:00 noon Saturday at Spring Hill Baptist Church.
He is survived by his parents, Harold and Karen Cook Connors; his sister, Kim Russell of New York, his step-daughter, Marissa Jados of Kansas.
Mike was a loving son and was always ready to help a friend or neighbor. He was a member of Spring Hill Baptist Church and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity of Scotland County.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested for the Spring Hill Baptist Church Food Bank, PO Box 195, Wagram, NC 28396.
McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium is serving the family.
