Mary Martha Wilkinson

Mary Martha Wilkinson, 79 of Maxton passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Morrison Manor in Laurinburg, NC.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Centre Presbyterian Church, Maxton, NC.  Visitation will be from 2:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service at the church.  The service will be officiated by Scott Miller, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Born on November 19, 1939, Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Rebecca and John D. Wilkinson, and a brother John (Elta Mae).  She is survived by a sister, Diane (Jerry); two nieces, Kathryn (Lonnie, Jennifer, Kim) and Lori (David, Jacob); and two nephews, Hugh (Amanda, Madison, Jerrison) and John (Naomie, Luke).  She was a lifelong member of Centre Presbyterian Church but she enjoyed attending other churches and loved the people she met there.  She especially enjoyed music and served as a member of her church choir.
