Mary Elizabeth Terry Pate, 86, of Lee's Mill Rd., died Saturday, February 25, 2012.
A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Hillside Cemetery officiated by the Rev. Gene Tyson.
She is survived by her brother, Thomas C. "Bill" Terry (Cora) of Laurinburg; her cousin, Sarah Logan of Laurinburg; her daughter-in-law, Valinda "Binky" Pate of Wagram; her sister-in-law, Eunice Myers of Laurinburg; her niece, Vickie Bodiford of White Lake; her grandchildren, Chris Pate (Christine) of Cary, Courtney Pate of Chicago, and Ashley Green of Laurel Hill; her great grandchildren, Bradley Grant and Ryley Grant of Laurel Hill. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Pate; her sons, Donald Pate and Ronald Pate, and her daughter, Melissa Green.
Born August 27, 1925 in Scotland County, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Peele and Ila Terry. She was a long time employee of the Ingraham Clock Company.
