Mrs. Mary Thomas McLeod Grover, 76, of Scotia Village died Saturday, March 11, at Scotia Village.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hillside Cemetery officiated by the Revs. Tom Groome and Nancy Willard.
She was a graduate of Duke University, a member of Mensa, Eastern Star, PEO, and Sigma Kappa. She is the wodow of the late Carl Atwood Grover, Jr.
She is survived by two daughters, Laura G. Walls and husband, Michael of Meadville, PA and Mary Lawrence Grover of Clyde, NC; a brother, Henry L. McLeod, Jr. and wife, Stennett of Laurinburg; a sister, Alice John Hunt of Laurinburg; a granddaughter, Brendal Davis of Pittsburgh, PA.
Born March 19, 1929 in Cumberland County, NC, she was a daughter of the late Henry L. and Alice John McLeod.
