Miss Mary Jane Griffin, 65, of 1805 Granhurst Drive, formerly of Laurinburg, died Friday, November 25 at her home.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Hillside Memorial Park officiated by the Rev. Dr. Neil Carter.
She is survived by two nephews, James J. Eller and David Eller. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Martha Coltrain Griffin Eller and Peggy Griffin.
Born August January 2, 1940 in Scotland County, she was a daughter of the late James Bright and Margaret Davis Griffin. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and the University of Kentucky and was a graduate of St. Andrews Presbyterian College. Miss Griffin was retired from the public affairs office at the US Naval Station in Pascagoula, MS.
