Mrs. Martha Black Holmes, 88 of Rt. 1 Scotland Avenue Apt. 2-B, died Thursday in Willow Haven Rest Home.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the McDougald Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harold Salmon officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery in Gibson.
