Mark L. Snyder, 49, died Sunday, October 16, 2011 at Scotland Memorial Hospital.
He is survived by his mother, Esther J. Fox of North Ft. Myers, Florida; his father, Louis H. Snyder of Port Charlotte, Florida; two brothers, Steve Ellsworth of Factoryville, Pennsylvania and Louie Snyder Jr. of Port Charlotte, Florida; two sisters, Pam Brinke of Clearwater, Florida and Bonnie Shawver of Venice, Florida; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Mark was employed as a mechanic by Bobby Clark and Larry Hyatt in Laurinburg. Mark and Larry became an item like father and son with Larry easily stepping in as a second father. Mark was a hardworking man who loved his dogs, family, friends and cars.
McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium are serving the family.
