Mrs. Marian Katherine Bridger Carter, 80, of 813 Cypress Street died, Friday, June 29, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Central United Methodist Church officiated by the Rev. Quinton Covington. Entombment will follow in Scotland Cemetery.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Faulkner of Toledo, OH and Anita Israel of Laurinburg; two brothers, Roger Bridger and Darrell Bridger of Laurinburg; three sisters, Ophelia Adams of Cincinnati, OH, Evelyn Caudill and Vara Hilburn of Laurinburg; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Carter was a former pianist for Central United Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening and needlework.
Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
