Margaret Query ''Peggy'' Tapp

Margaret 'Peggy' Query Tapp, 67, died Thursday, December 21.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Laurel Hill United Methodist Church officiated by the Reverend Brian Perry and the Rev. Keith Brown. Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held from 7-9 Friday night at the McDougald Funeral Home in Laurel Hill. Family members will greet friends in the fellowship hall of Laurel Hill United Methodist Church on Saturday morning.
She is survived by five sons, Henry Tapp and wife Teri of Apex, Lloyd 'Buddy' Tapp and wife Becky of Cary, Steve Tapp and wife Kathy of Durham, Mike Tapp and wife Julie of Murray, Utah, and Neill Tapp of Morrisville; a daughter, Tish Yahnker and husband Chris of Eldersburg, Maryland; a brother Alex Query of Charlotte, a sister, Betsy McNair of Hamlet; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Henry Clarence Tapp.
Born May 19, 1933 in Richmond County, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Elizabeth Query.
