Mrs. Margaret Toole Baxley, 83, of the Meadows of Bladenboro and formerly of Wagram died Saturday, August 20, at Bladen County Hospital.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Spring Hill Cemetery in Wagram officiated by the Rev. Raymond Wade.
She is survived by two sons, Earl Baxley and wife, Sarah of Bladenboro and Ken Baxley of Greenville; two bothers, John Toole of Enterprise, AL and Bill Toole of Black, AL; a sister, Doris Pippin of Elba, AL; a special friend, E. C. King of Burlington; four grandchildren, Kent Baxley and wife, Julie of Cary, John Baxley and wife, Melissa of Fayetteville, Caroline Baxley of Aberdeen, and Ben Baxley and wife, Andrea of Columbia, SC. She was preceded in death by a son, Roger Baxley and a daughter, Bobbi Baxley.
Born March 17, 1922 in Graceville, AL, she was a daughter of the late Henry C. and Aribelle Scott Toole and widow of the late Jack Baxley. She was a retired clerk at the Wagram Post Office.
Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium in Laurinburg.
