Margaret Lois Bateman, 91, died Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Morrison Manor.
A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Hillside Cemetery officiated by the Revs. Neal Carter and Elizabeth Forester.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Bateman and Jeannie Bateman Williams (Willis) all of Laurinburg; nephews, Vince Bateman of Laurinburg and Robert Singletary of Hamlet; niece Valerie Polk of Concord; and one grandson, Steven Williams.
Born April 22, 1921 in Scotland County, she was a daughter of the late Robert H. and Myrtle McGirt Farmer.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
