Mrs. Lydia Callahan Taylor, 93, died Monday, November 24, at the Edwin Morgan Center.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church officiated by the Rev. Dr. Stan Smith and Rev. Nancy Willard. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery.
She is survived by two grandchildren, Mike Taylor of Charlotte and Denise Medlock of Bennettsville, SC.
Born December 1, 1909 in Scotland County, she was a daughter of the late Dennis and Inez Sanders Callahan and widow of the late J. Calvin Taylor. Lydia was a retired sales clerk for Belk. She was preceded in death by her son, Bill Taylor.
