Lisa Wilkes Vallandingham, 49, died Tuesday, March 9, 2010.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Midway Presbyterian Church officiated by Dr. Rodger Decker. Burial will follow in Caledonia Cemetery.
She is survived by three sons, Adam Vallandingham and Jacob Rowell Vallandingham of Laurinburg, and Earl Vallandingham, III of Florida; a daughter, Amy Vallandingham of Laurinburg; her mother, Margaret McLean Wilkes of Laurinburg; two brothers, Warren Wilkes of Laurinburg and Jeff Wilkes of Orange Park, FL; a sister, Lona Buhannon of Jasper, TX; two grandchildren, Joy Kay Vallandingham and Adam James Vallandingham.
She was born July 12, 1960 in Scotland County and was also a daughter of the late A. R. Wilkes and widow of the late Earl Vallandingham. For many years she worked in the family poultry business.
Memorials are requested as financial contributions for the Vallandingham family, c/o PO Box 187, Laurinburg, NC 28353.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
