Mr. Lindsay C. "Lynn" Daniels, 82, of 132 Ryan Drive died Sunday, June 4, at his home.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium Chapel in Laurinburg, NC officiated by the Rev. Ronald Leonard, minister of Midland Park United Methodist church of which he was a member, and the Rev. A. B. "Sandy" Williams.
He is survived by his wife, Lily Barnhill Daniels; a son, Gary L. Daniels of North Charleston; a bother, Henry W. "Bud" Daniels and his wife, Dell of Laurel Hill, NC; a brother-in-law, Harry T. Brown of Hamlet, NC; a sister-in-law, Alma M. Daniels of Laurinburg.
Born November 11, 1916 in Scotland County, NC he was a son of the late Henry B. and Victoria Walters Daniels. He was a US Air Force veteran of World War II, serving in Panama. For many years he was a civil service employee at Charleston Air Force Base and at the Naval Weapons Station.
