Linda Faye (Chrisco) Brock

Linda Faye Chrisco Brock, 67, of Troy passed away Monday, October 11, 2021 at her home.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Troy Pentecostal Holiness Church, officiated by Rev. Richard Lynthacum. Burial will follow at the Brock family cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, October 15, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Bumgarner Family Funeral Service. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, face masks are recommended and please practice social distancing.

Born September 1, 1954 in Montgomery County, she was a daughter of the late Elmer Hughes and Pearl Freeman Chrisco. Linda cherished all her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She had numerous nieces and nephews that she adored. Linda was a people person and never met a stranger. She was a hugger, loved trinkets and holiday and decorative flags, loved her butterfly bush, and going to the beach and the mountains. Linda had many special friends. She loved her dog, Ralph, who recently crossed the rainbow bridge. Linda had been employed with Collins & Aikman for many years.

She is survived by husband of 45 years, Jack Brock, Jr. of the home; daughter, Crystal Brock (Brandi) of Troy; son, Jackie Charles Brock (Carol) of Troy; twin sister, Brenda Mabe of Troy; grandchildren, Carmella, D.J., Zara, Quinton, Mason, and Regan; and great-grandchild, Ryleigh. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Shannon Brock, her sisters, Elwanda Rabon, Libby Cook, Barbara Zaremski, and her brother, Miller Chrisco.
