Mrs. Lillian Thompson Clemmons, 91, of Scotia Village died Sunday, October 28, at Scotia Village.

A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Caledonia United Methodist Church Cemetery officiated by the Revs. Jim Thompson and Dalma Cribb. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.

She is survived by a son, Michael R. Clemmons of Laurinburg; a daughter, Jane Quincy and husband, Earl of Raleigh; three sisters, Grace Royster of Raleigh, Katherine Summerlin of Indianapolis, IN, and Margie Breeden of Myrtle Beach; three grandchildren, Jon Clemmons of Rockingham, Allison Clemmons of Laurinburg, and Terry Quincy Norris of Benson; three great grandchildren.

Born July 15, 1916 in Scotland County, she was a daughter of the late James Samuel and Ellen Hasty Thompson of widow of the late James Roger Clemmons.
