Lila Culbreth Shepperd

Lila Culbreth Shepperd, 93, formerly of Laurinburg passed away Thursday, April 9, 2015.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium. Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. at the funeral home. Visitation will follow in Hillside Memorial Park.
She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Lemonds (Gene) of Fayetteville; her grandchildren, Eddie Lemonds, Cindy Hunt, Kim Robinson, Mike Robinson, Gerri Robinson, and Terry Gieler; and nine great grandchildren.
She was born September 25, 1921 in Scotland County as a daughter of the late Wilbert and Nettie Langley Culbreth, widow of the late L. B. Shepperd, and mother of the late Glenda Moske.. Lila served many years with J. P. Stevens. She will be remembered as feisty with a sense of humor, Lila loved God, her family, and her friends.
