Mr. L. Harold Litton, 86, of Scotia Village and formerly of Charleston, WV died Sunday, September 23, at Scotia Village.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Tyler Mountain Memorial Gardens in Charleston, WV.
He is survived by his wife, Edna Eloise Litton; two sons, William (Bill) Litton and his wife, Brenda of Laurinburg, Mark Litton of Atlanta, GA; three grandsons, Chad Litton of Charlotte, Curt Litton of Boone, NC, and Adam Litton of Wilmington, NC; two ste-grandsons, Charles Lewis and his wife, Carmel of Aiken, SC and John Lewis and his wife, Jami of tabor City, NC; three step-great grandsons. He was predeceased by a daughter, Patty.
Born November 22, 1914 in St. Elmo, AL he was retired from Libbey-Owens-Ford with over 38 years of service. He was a charter member of the Village Chapel Presbyterian Church in Charleston where he served as a deacon, elder, and president of the Men of the Church. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Charleston.
